Chief Executive Officer
Grant brings scientific knowledge, hands-on leadership, and steadfast faith to his work in construction and development.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston and began his career in water and waste management, building a strong foundation in environmental systems and infrastructure. In 2021, he felt called to transition into commercial construction and development, applying his problem-solving mindset to projects that serve clients and communities.
As Chief Executive Officer of Faith Construction & Development, Grant leads the company's vision, strategy, and growth while remaining closely involved in key projects and relationships. He oversees project development and execution, cultivates client and industry partnerships, and provides strategic direction grounded in quality, integrity, and responsible stewardship.
Grant is also committed to faith and service. He serves as Vice President of the Board for the Belize in Us Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading the word of God, and as a Board Member of One Heart Global Ministries in Ecuador, he has spent significant time serving and sharing Christ’s love with communities in need.
Grant and his wife, Faith, have been married since 2022 and share their home with three energetic German Shorthaired Pointers. His vision is to honor God through building spaces that create opportunity, foster community, and reflect excellence and faith-driven stewardship.

Chief Administrative Officer
Faith earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from Texas State University, where she developed a passion for serving children and families. Her career began in the nonprofit sector, supporting children and families affected by the welfare system, before she went on to serve as an at-risk counselor for a local high school.
As Chief Administrative Officer of Faith Construction and Development, Faith leads the administrative and organizational functions that support the company’s growth. She oversees the corporate administration, internal systems and documentation, company communications, and marketing and brand development. Working alongside executive leadership, she helps ensure the company remains organized, consistent, and aligned with its mission as it grows.
Faith’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in her faith. She serves as Marketing Director on the Board of the Belize in Us Foundation and as a Board Member of One Heart Global Ministries in Ecuador, where she has served alongside local communities and found a deep connection to ministry work.
Faith and her husband, Grant, have been married since 2022 and share their home with three energetic German Shorthaired Pointers.

Chief Financial Officer
Carol brings extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management, with a particular passion for the construction industry.
She attended North Harris College, now part of the Lone Star College System, before building a career in accounting and finance. Her experience includes serving as Accounting Manager for one of North America’s largest remodeling companies, where she developed a strong understanding of the financial complexities of the construction industry. She later transitioned into public accounting and auditing, spending 13 years with her most recent firm and further developing her expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting practices.
As Chief Financial Officer of Faith Construction and Development, Carol provides financial leadership and oversight to support the company’s stability and continued growth. Drawing on her extensive background in both construction accounting and public accounting, she guides financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls while helping leadership make informed business decisions. Her commitment to accuracy, accountability, and responsible stewardship helps ensure the company remains financially positioned to serve its clients, support its team, and grow with purpose.
Carol’s faith is an important part of her life and is a member of Champions Cowboy Church, where she regularly attends early service.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys horseback riding, reading, and spending time at the gun range. She considers her husband her best friend, and together they have two daughters and six grandchildren - three grandsons and three granddaughters - who are the center of her world. Their family also includes quite the collection of animals, including mules, a horse, dogs, cats, goats, pigs, and chickens.
