Meet our Team

Grant brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge, hands-on leadership, and steadfast faith to his work in construction and development.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M University at Galveston, launching his career in water and waste management, where he developed a strong foundation in environmental systems and infrastructure. Five years ago, Grant felt called to pivot his career into commercial construction and development, applying his problem-solving mindset and dedication to building projects that serve both clients and communities.
Grant’s life is grounded not only in his professional pursuits, but also in his commitment to faith and service. He serves as the Vice President of the Board for the Belize in Us Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading the word of God. His heart for missions has also taken him to Ecuador with One Heart Global Ministries, where he has spent significant time serving and sharing Christ’s love.
Beyond work and ministry, Grant treasures his family life. He and his wife, Faith, have been married since 2022 and share their home with three energetic German Shorthaired Pointers.
Grant’s vision is to ensure that every project he touches reflects not only craftsmanship and excellence, but also a deeper purpose: to honor God through building spaces that create opportunity, foster community, and stand as a testament to faith-driven stewardship.

Faith is the heart and namesake of Faith Construction and Development, embodying the company’s commitment to purpose, integrity, and service rooted in faith.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from Texas State University, where she cultivated her passion for the wellbeing of children and families. Her career began in the nonprofit sector, where she supported children and their families affected by the welfare system. She later served as an at-risk counselor for a local high school, guiding and encouraging students facing life’s challenges.
Faith’s dedication to service extends beyond her professional career. She serves as the Marketing Director on the Board for the Belize in Us Foundation, helping to spread the word of God and extend hope to communities in need. She has also spent time in Ecuador with One Heart Global Ministries, where she found joy in ministry work and connecting with families across cultures.
At home, Faith shares life with her husband, Grant, and together they have been married since 2022. They are the proud owners of three energetic German Shorthaired Pointers, who bring constant activity and joy to their lives.
Faith is deeply committed to nurturing the communities where projects take root and to fostering meaningful connections with every individual she encounters—whether within the company, among their partners, or in the neighborhoods they help build. Her dedication ensures that the work of Faith Construction and Development is not only about creating lasting structures, but also about uplifting people and strengthening the bonds that hold communities together.
